This site was to be developed as listed below, but as of 2007, the project is not going forward.
Dermot Company bought the air rights above the current 4-story building of the Young Israel of the West Side synagogue at 210 West 91st Street. Both the Plaza Memorial and the synagogue sold their air rights to the developer. Dermot had planned to build a 19-story condominium tower with 47 units. These would have luxury units. Construction was scheduled to begin in January 2006and end in June 2008.
